Information collection and privacy protection

In particular Cathay Herbal makes every effort to comply with Information Privacy Principles 1 to 3 and 10 and 11 of the Privacy Act 1988 (a copy of the Act is available at ComLaw the legal information retrieval system owned by the Australian Attorney General's Department.

Cathay Herbal collects personally identifiable information when you register for a Cathay Herbal account, when you use certain Cathay Herbal products or services, and when you enter promotions. Cathay Herbal may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners.
